The Management:
E-Merge tech was founded by its CEO and the Managing Director Mr. Raju Elangovan
and a team of seasoned Professionals.
Mr. Raju Elangovan's forte is in building a strong organization and nurturing an
enduring relationship with clients. He is a very aggressive entrepreneur, a strong
KPO professional, a motivator, a team building expert and Process and Quality Systems
Specialist.
He has more than 20 years of experience in various functions from large Indian and
Multi National organizations across various industries - Food, Automotive, Electrical,
Electronics, Chemical, BPO and KPO. He has held senior level ("C" level) positions
in BPO/KPO organizations for more than 10 years and played a pivotal role for the
growth of those organizations in US and UK market.
He has a degree in Life Science, Post Graduate in Management, a degree in General
law and a Post Graduate Diploma in Training & Development, Further, he is a
Qualified ISO Lead Auditor and an expert in Six Sigma and TQM

We have the finest talents with rich experience. Every employee is passionately
engaged with the company and they continuously imbibe our business philosophy and
the values.
Our team comprises of Scientists, engineers, MBAs, programmers, Data management
experts, Lawyers, Web researchers and Statisticians. Backed with experience from
various industries, they are quick to observe and understand the needs of clients.
At E-Merge tech training is a strategically important ongoing activity. Training
programs are conducted as per the calendar prepared well in advance on communication,
leadership, project management, quality systems and customer relationship. Besides
these programs, every employee is trained in ISO 9000 quality systems and Six Sigma
methodologies. Domain intensive and project specific training programs are regularly
conducted by experts.
Process:
Process yields results. Execution-in-Excellence depends upon understanding every
project in every minute level. Our people are trained to look at the 'forest as
well as the trees'. Every process has a owner. Documented approach is adopted company
wide for building robust processes and delivering best results.
Execution of every project is initiated with the formation of a CFT (Cross Functional
Team). CFT is constituted by members from technology, domain, operation and quality
departments. They meticulously analyze the requirements, define scope of the project,
map the processes and roll out an execution plan. They use various tools such as
Flow charting and FMEA (Failure mode effect analysis) to design a process.
Quality:
Quality is a non negotiable requirement in all our processes.
ISO Quality system is followed throughout the organization. Six Sigma methods are
in practice to build robust processes. Quality is ensured at all stages through
3TQS (three tier quality system -Incoming, In-process and Final). Corrective and
preventive actions are implemented with speed to ensure consistency and quality
continuously.
